1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Thrive mobile application (the "App"), provided by Appsko ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Thrive is a social confidence and communication skills development platform designed to help users improve their interpersonal abilities through challenges, tracking, and educational resources (Rejection Therapy). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.
3. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Your use of the App is subject to the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (End User License Agreement), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. By using the App, you agree to these terms in addition to our own.
4. User Accounts and Data
The App is primarily designed to function locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from lost devices, uninstalled apps, or other issues beyond our control.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
We may offer subscription plans (e.g., Weekly, Monthly) and one-time purchases (e.g., Founding Member/Lifetime access) that unlock premium features.
5.2 Payment and Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
5.3 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. If you are unsatisfied with the App, you may request a refund through Apple Support, subject to their refund policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its text, graphics, images, code, and other material, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
